Brownie gets the orders from Rose and picks the fidgets from the storeroom. He gets distracted and can often be found fidgeting instead of picking. A few words from Rose gets him going again though.

Toffee packs the boxes and puts the labels on that Rose prints. He's fast and efficient.

Mumbles doesn't really do much. He likes to talk, but he's hard to hear. He's great friends with Toffee, so he can be found helping Toffee with the boxes.

Mum is an accountant and keeps track of the books. She excels at Excel.

Isla is our tester. She can often be heard muttering "So satisfying!" when testing fidgets. We find her comments inspire everything we do.

Dad drives the boxes to the post office. He keeps telling everyone how important that job is.

Rose takes the orders. She's very organised, and loves an orderly process. She can be a bit strict but her heart is in the right place. She really has to watch Brownie.

Doctor Snow is our safety/first aid officer. He makes sure we are all working as safely as possible. His pulse races when he sees Brownie climbing the shelves though.
